A thread that binds the past, present, and future
My jewellery started with a string of thread and was inspired by Chinese knotting, a traditional folk art using a knot as symbolic decoration. Using the techniques in knotting, I can create a variety of transformations.
Compared to a normal ring, the thin string ring has the advantage of being soft and delicate on the skin.A thin string ring is made with only one string of thread which allows the diversity in colours.
As in each colour can reflect one's energy. I hope people can find the colour that speaks deeply to their souls.
